Workshops & Events
At Painting & Wine Copenhagen, we aim to create enjoyable and memorable creative experiences for all participants. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.
Standard Workshop Bookings
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling based on availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
Private Group Events & Corporate Bookings
For private events, bachelorette parties, and corporate team-building workshops:
- A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Date changes may be possible depending on availability.
Venue Changes & Force Majeure
In rare situations, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, weather conditions, venue issues, or other events outside our control.
If an event is cancelled by us, participants will receive either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to reschedule.
Paintings & Artwork
Original Paintings
Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artworks, all painting sales are considered final.
However, if an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Commissions & Custom Artwork
Custom-made or commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the creative process has started.
Digital Products
Any downloadable or digital creative content is non-refundable.
Alcohol & Responsibility
Wine is served responsibly during selected workshops and events. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the venue.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.
