Privacy Policy

• Name, email address and phone number when you order or book.
• Shipping address when you order a physical product.
• Order and booking details: products, workshop date, number of participants, price, payment method and payment status.
• Any message or note you send us.

We do not collect card details. Payment is made by MobilePay or bank transfer directly to the studio.

• To process and deliver your order or booking (performance of a contract).
• To confirm and manually verify payment, and to send order and reminder emails.
• To answer your questions and handle returns, cancellations and complaints.
• To meet bookkeeping and tax obligations under Danish law.

Only the studio. Data is stored with service providers used to run this website, send email and handle bookkeeping, who process it on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as required by Danish bookkeeping rules. Enquiries and booking correspondence are deleted when they are no longer needed.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to alessia.artista@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
