Prices

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK).

Shipping for physical items is agreed separately and communicated before delivery. International shipping is available.

Orders and bookings

After you submit an order or booking you receive a confirmation with a summary of your purchase and the payment instructions. Please keep your order number — it is the fastest way for us to help you.

For Painting & Wine bookings the confirmation includes:

  • the experience
  • the date
  • the time
  • the number of participants
  • the price
  • the payment method
  • the payment status

Payment methods

The website does not use Stripe or PayPal. Payment is made directly to the studio by one of the two methods below.

MobilePay

Used primarily for:

  • Painting & Wine experiences
  • Private events
  • Company events where applicable

Bank transfer

Used primarily for:

  • Original paintings
  • The Painting & Wine Box
  • Books
  • Custom portraits
  • Private and company events where applicable

Bank transfers are made to an account held with Danske Bank. The transfer details you need are sent to you with your order confirmation.

Payment status

Payments are verified manually by the studio. Your order therefore first shows Payment pending.

Once the payment has actually been verified, the studio updates the order to Paid. We do not mark an order as paid before the payment has been verified.

Original paintings

Original paintings are generally unique, one-of-a-kind works. When an original painting has been sold, the website shows SOLD and further purchases of that work are not possible.

Slight variations between a screen image and the physical artwork (colour, texture, canvas edges) are a natural part of hand-painted work.

Statutory withdrawal rights, returns and refunds for original paintings are described on the Cancellation & Returns Policy page.

Workshops, private and company events

Each workshop is associated with a specific date, time, location and number of available places. Your booking reserves a place for you. Places are limited and allocated in the order bookings are received.

For workshops and events that take place on a specific date or during a specific period, the ordinary online 14-day withdrawal right does not necessarily apply under Danish law. The studio's own cancellation, transfer and rescheduling policy — and how it interacts with your statutory rights — is set out in the Cancellation & Returns Policy.

For company bookings, the agreed quotation, invoice or event agreement may contain specific terms, including cancellation terms.

Custom portraits

Custom portraits are personalised artworks made specifically for you, based on the references and details you provide. You are responsible for having the right to use the photographs or references you send.

Because these works are made to order, different statutory rules may apply compared with standard paintings. See the Cancellation & Returns Policy for details.

Delivery

Physical items — original paintings, the Painting & Wine Box, books — are packed and shipped, or collected from the studio in Sydhavn by agreement. Delivery times are estimates and are confirmed by email.

Defective or damaged products

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact alessia.artista@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Your statutory rights concerning defective products are not affected by our cancellation policy. Full details are in the Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

All artworks, images and texts on this website belong to the artist. Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical work, not the copyright. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.

Complaints and applicable law

Please write to alessia.artista@gmail.com first — most matters are solved quickly and directly. These terms are subject to applicable Danish consumer law, and nothing in them limits or removes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
